Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On iOS, go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Voz of Faith, then tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the Voz of Faith purchase to request a refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app under Settings, Delete Account. You can also email privacy@vozoffaith.com to request deletion.

The app isn't working. What should I do?

Try force closing and reopening the app, then check that you're on the latest version in the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description and we'll help right away.

Is Voz of Faith a replacement for therapy or pastoral care?

No. Voz of Faith is a spiritual companion tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or pastoral counseling. If you're in crisis, please use the resources below.
