Voz of Faith (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Voz of Faith mobile application and web application at app.vozoffaith.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

  • Email address — collected when you create an account or join our waitlist.
  • Name — optionally provided during waitlist signup or account creation.
  • Voice audio — recorded in real time during voice conversations with the AI companion. Audio is processed to generate text for the AI to respond and is not stored permanently on our servers after the conversation ends.
  • Conversation content — the text transcripts derived from your voice interactions. These may be temporarily stored to provide continuity within a session but are not retained long-term.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data — app interactions, session duration, features used, and general engagement metrics collected via PostHog analytics.
  • Device information — device type, operating system, browser type, and app version.
  • Subscription data — purchase history and subscription status, managed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect precise geolocation data.
  • We do not collect contacts, photos, or files from your device.

  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
